ALICE COOPER ~ ”NO MORE MR. NICE GUY” ~ Live in Singapore

ALICE COOPER ~ The original and still the best shock rocker in music , is excited about his “ No More Mr Nice Guy” Tour coming to Singapore. Alice has also announced that guitar Rock Goddess ORIANTHI is the newest member of his Band for this Tour.

As an artist, he pioneered the spectacular theatrical brand of hard rock that was designed to shock & Alice Cooper is the master, whose stagecraft and showmanship have permanently transformed this genre. He is a legendary artist with legions of fans who include Bob Dylan, Salvador Dali, Foo Fighters ~ Dave Grohl and Johnny Depp who took to the stage with Alice & his Band at the “100 Club” in London last month.

Much more than just a successful Rock Star, Alice is known for his social & witty persona off stage, with The Rolling Stone Album Guide calling him the world’s most “beloved heavy metal entertainer”. He is a visionary trail blazer whose influence persists today in rock, metal, pop, punk, theatre, television, radio and film. Away from music Alice Cooper is a film actor, a popular radio DJ, a restaurateur and a prolific golfer who has played in Pro-Am Tournaments and has his own Celebrity Golf Tournament.

This Tour coincides with the long awaited and overdue release of “WELCOME 2 MY NIGHTMARE” which is the sequel to his classic “Welcome to My Nightmare” which was a multi-platinum album. The release will be through Universal Music Group mid September 2011.

The proceeds from this charity concert will be channeled to Jamiyah Singapore`s Welfare & Education Services.
